In Italy, gelato is part of the daily culture, a need rather than a want; this is the essence that drove a third generation Sicilian to abandon his career and travel to Italy to study the art of artisanal gelato. From this, we have Pietro Gelateria, a reverence to the makers of the past, salute to the present and an aspiration for creating the new.
We aim to bring the best of the traditional SICILian gelateria to Perth, to showcase local produce using authentic and traditional techniques.

We churn our unique recipes daily, using fresh and natural ingredients with no commercial flavourings or artificial additives. Presenting them to you in PANS for purchase in a cone or cup, frozen onto a stick, PIPED INTO A CANNOLI or as one of our UNIQUE GELATO cakes to help you celebrate any occasion.
Our coffee is roasted by Dukes Coffee ROASTERS and poured through our wonderful La Marzocco espresso machine, providing that strong Italian coffee taste. Enjoy it in our beautiful gelateria with friends or as take away.
We also make Sicilian granita, made with real seasonal fruit or coffee and frozen perfectly to create the ultimate summer beverage. This distinct frozen drink is unique to the island of Sicily and cannot be ignored.
